Shipping
Orders can take up to 5-15 business days, or longer depending on the circumstances. If you’d rather come and collect your order, you can select the “Free Pick Up” option. However, if you are living outside the accepted region (Ottawa/Gatineau), please get in touch to arrange this – shipping costs can be refunded accordingly.
My goal is always to have orders sent out as quickly as possible. Realistically, your order will be on its way within 7 days following your purchase; however, occasionally, due to school/work, it may take a few more days to get these out. Please be patient as I am the only one running this business. If for any reasons there are delays in sending your order, I’ll be in touch.
Please understand that when an item is shipped abroad, it is in the jurisdiction of the receiving country’s postage service. If, for some reasons, something goes missing, please get in touch as soon as you can with me so I can investigate the situation. Unfortunately, there is always the chance that an item gets truly lost. In that case, we can arrange a refund. Finally, customs and import duties (if there are any) must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. The customer must also take full liability for any parcels returned to me due to unpaid customs charges.
Finally, if you provide the wrong shipping details and fail to notify until after the parcel has been sent, then the lost parcel is your responsibility. I will, of course, always try to resolve the situation if the timing is right.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are only accepted if I accidentally ship the wrong order. If it does occur, please get in touch with me to rectify the order. Unfortunately, if the pots have been used, I cannot refund them.
